The Jones Soda Secretary’s Eloquence

Yes, it’s big news that Jones Soda is going with an all-cane sugar lineup. Yes, we applaud the decision and believe it should be good for business.

No, we don’t think that company CEO Peter van Stolk should have explained the decision as one inspired by an email from receptionist Jason Kim as “Dude, do it.”

    At least Peter van Stolk was honest. Other CEOs get “inspired” by receptionists under different circumstances… All of them a human… Some of them were luckier to become CEOs and have a problem with the new identity (that they are not receptionists).
    We, the consumers, will judge them and their products. Peter van Stolk still has to convince me to buy my first bottle of Jones Soda.
