Anheuser-Busch has contacted Grupo Modelo about a possible merger to make the American brewery too expensive for InBev. See the clip below.

Modelo was one of the beer brands interested in a sanitary seal for the tops of their beverage cans. AB was also tossing the system around last year @ MCC. Reguardless of delay, American Energy Drink is now the first to attach a sanetary seal to the tops of a 16oz energy beverage. see www.americanenergydrink.com for pictures.
