I had no problem finding it in 2 liters before, during, and well after passover in Food City here in Knoxville, TN when I looked last year. I may have seen it at other chains but I didn't care as I found it in the first store I looked at and continued to find it at that store for weeks after passover.

I'm sure you could find it in most any city in the top 100 list by population.
