Found it in Cincinnati today. Tried calling Avari in Blue Ash, a deli that had it last year, and while they aren't carrying it this year, they directed me to the Kroger on Hunt Rd. in Blue Ash. They have a huge Kosher display and had 500-1000 2-liters each of Coke and Diet Coke in the back left corner of the store. Being sold for $1.79 each or $1.59 with a Kroger Plus card. They all have white caps with a KP on them.

By the way, they also had a lot of Mexican sodas, including Coke in the glass bottles in the ethnic section.
