those four extensions are generally produced by independent bottlers of crush, such as intrastate distributors of detroit. I personally have never seen those four ever in an american bottling produced package. now IDI of detroit does produce them in 2L, as well as 16oz glass longneck's. i see those are going farther and farther across the country these days.
