I'm afraid the vast majority of consumers simply think "flat" or instantly reminisce to the last time they opened a 2-liter from their fridge which was too old. Coke has been well known for their sloppy risk taking & for their less than beneficial influence within private labels they've acquired. A few years ago with a good sales pitch and some fudged projection figures this may have flown, but with the changes inside Coke over the past year or so I believe your chances on this have been reduced.
Now I'm not saying it's a bad idea or product, I'm just relating my interpretations of likelihood as it relates to the current ideology floating around Coke these days.
