Code help,please

Howdy Hi,
As some of you know I brought some Canfields Diet Cream Soda last weekend. (I should know better.)
The can says Select Beverages 1996.

I'm not sure if I was able to "crack" the code on the bottom of the can. Two questions, is Canfields Diet Swiss Cream soda now produced by another company and please take a look at this code and tell me the date of production or use by date. Thank you, Zabe

select beverages was bought out a few years ago by the american bottling corporation.

and that second line is 154 days after jan 1, 2005.
