The half liter returnable bottle is mexican, but I've never seen that glass bottle before, I don't know if it's Peruvian or Chilean...

Ah, I stand corrected. It is Peruvian.

Which market did you get it from?

The Peruvian coke is interesting.

It looks just like a 20 oz. plastic bottle.

Every 1 might already know this, But in LA we have 355 ML Hecho En Mexico glass.

I found it interesting that on the Echo En Mexico bottles here that they say "No Retornable"

There is a sticker on each bottle that has CRV info, and CRV is charged at the register.

Now I saw the bottle in the other topic I see it's true...

BTW, the wave in the label of the Peruvian Coke looks really weird...

Yea, I found it at the Hillcrest store friday night. They have a lot of sodas there, but what a stinky nasty place it is.

I found two of these bottles in a grocery in Yonkers, NY about 2 months ago. At first I too thought they were Mexican. Funny thing was, a few weeks later, I went to the same store, and found the cooler packed with 300-mL refillable Peruvian Cokes.

It's amazing... you can find a lot of international sodas in the stores of U.S., mexican, peruvian, etc... while here in Mexico there's no american sodas on sale like before, because of a lot of protectionism to the mexican soda industry... So close of U.S... but so far of the american sodas...dang...

I was back in Frederick a few weeks ago, and I picked up some other stuff @ the Metro Mart II.

Both bottles are 296ml (10oz) and came from Peru.

More from Metro Market II:

350ml Inca Kola and 500ml Kola Inglesa from Peru, 350ml Tiky Piña from Guatemala.

The Metro Market is getting more competition - a small store is opening across the street soon.

6. Pepsi.
7. Mirinda.
8. 7 Up.
9. Sprite.
10. Fanta Orange from Mexico
11. Squirt.

I went into a store near my house (first time there, we recently moved) and found Fanta Strawberry from Chihuahua Mexico.

Today's find, returnable 295ml (10oz) from Peru.

The empty bottle is from 1994, the full one from 2005. You can tell the 1994 version (my drink with dinner tonight) is slightly taller and thicker.

I will have to look for that market. That Crush looks good and the pepsi bottle looks cool. A lot of the mexi marts along there are no longer in business. (some are listed earlier in this post.) I am not familiar with the estrella market though.

The Estrella Market is up by the Barbara Fritchie restaurant. It's in the same strip mall as the ice cream place (forget the name).
