izze and dole sparklers

with pepsi purchasing izze
does that mean that pepsi is planning on just not releasing the dole sparklers in the US altogether? or will they sell both items?
it'll be interesting because i actually don't mind the dole sparklers. even though they do have a bit of gritty taste to them, they are fairly low calorie, whereas the izze is not.

I've seen the Dole Sparklers just starting to get out up my way. This Izze move is just as confusing as the Ocean Spray. If they paid $75 million as I read they way over payed. Looks like another Sobe move to me, BAD.

Depends on what the strategy is behind IZZE. The buzz in the news is that maybe Pepsi plans on using it for the education segment where Dole Sparklers cannot be sold as it doesn't meet the % of juice requirement. Sparklers are still a go.
