Sorry, I don't, but it must vary considerably with quantity and size.
I'm interested to know the cost per bottle for 20 oz. water and soft drink bottles in various quantities, say one-hundred thousand, one million, and twenty million.
Also the cost of closures for such bottles.

There must be some people in purchasing at Nestle, Coke, Pepsi, Jones, and Poland Springs, etc., and others at bottle and closure manufacturers like Portola, etc. out there who can give us some ball park info.
Quantities: 100,000; 1,000,000; 10,000,000; and 100,000,000.
Bottle Sizes: 16oz.; 20oz.; and 32oz.
Closures: plain screw on; screw on with a pop up spout.

I work for a container manufacture/distributor. We own molds for several HDPE, PET, and aluminum bottles. A few things you have to consider. A carbonated beverage needs a PCO finish screw cap, compared to your non carbonated which can use any 28mm/33mm/38mm standard (these are not the only choices, just the most common.) Roughly for a 20 oz. bottle and a PCO closure for 100,000 pieces youre looking at 20 cents a piece for both delivered to your location. Mind you this was the numbers for a project I did last August and most people don't like giving out delivered pricing (freight is included in the cost of the container). Once you get into the million plus bottle range, you can get as low as eight cents a piece. Heck, many plastic bottle manufactures will sign contracts for the duration of years/bottle numbers so you don't incur resin increases over the time, and that's a bonus. Email me if you want to know more.
