Sprite on Fire?!!

There are some weird Pepsi and Coke products on www.sodafavorites.com. (http://www.sodafavorites.com.) The newest one I've seen is called SPRITE ON FIRE? IS this new? Its obviously not made for the USA. Has anyone else hear of this?
