Will aspartame be taken off the market one day?

Probably not.
I have a very dark view on these studies. More often than not the data from these studies tend to support views/products of the financial backers of the study. That's just my opinion.

My view of life is that if I should fall out of my computer chair at this moment and die, that's cool. When you hit bottom in life, every day there after is a gift. Bring on the Fresca and Diet Dr Pepper. smile.gif

Aspartame causes cancer... on rats, not on humans, we don't have the same stomach as a rat.

It's like chocolate, we can eat it without risk but dogs can be intoxicated if they eat it in big amounts...

Dude, everything give you cancer!

In moderation, aspartame is fine. I'm not worried. I'd be more woried about the cell phones we all have attached to our heads radiating what ever, than a diet cola sweetend with artifical sweetner.

yeah, so don't give soda to rats. it's kind of dumb how some people (not you) say things give humans cancer, when in reality, it has only been studied in rats. rats are way different from humans!
