Switch Bankruptcy

I am surprised that no one has mentioned Switch declaring bankruptcy. Are distributors being stuck with product? Are suppliers not getting paid?
What markets and products do this help or effect?

I personally think that it was a good product that tried to do too much too quick.

Are you referring to "The Switch", the carbonatural soda? This is very disappointing, it was one of my favorites. Although I guess it doesn't matter too much to me, because I could hardly find it anyway.
