Prince Edward Island still using refillables?

Hi - there's a thread on here from 2003 where Prince Edward Island (Canada) was using only refillables... does anyone know if that's still the case? I can't find any info that would say otherwise, but I'm just wondering if that province's rule was ever overturned?

I was there last summer and only saw refilables.

Refillables... actually I think a lot of them are non-refillable glass. Several years ago a collector friend of mine sent me some Pepsi and 7-up bottles from PEI, which were screw top NR glass.
