I don't like ANY alcoholic beverages except this
one.
But "HEERING" [as it's called nowadays] is made
from a rare mash of pure cherries.
Unfortunately, fermenting it creates 23% alcohol.
Could that be removed by gently boiling it in
a flask--thereby "de-alcoholizing" it back into
mere cherry juice?
Seems the volatile alcohol would boil off first...
