With Coke discontinuing Vanilla Coke, do you think Pepsi will do the same with Pepsi Vanilla? I hope not! It's my #2 favorite soda behind Mello Yello

I hope not too! Pepsi vanilla is great! Is one of the few Pepsi sodas I like!

But seeing what happened with the lemon versions of diet Coke and Pepsi, it can be possible...

Pepsi Vanilla is magic.

But isn't it rumored to be discontinued soon? Anyone? Didn't we mention it somewhere a few months ago?

Someone help me out.

I love Pepsi Vanilla, it is my favorite of all the pepsi drinks, but I haven't seen it anywhere in the last 2 or 3 months. I've been dying for some because it has been a while since I had any, but it is no where to be found around my parts.

I remember when I went to football camp a year ago. I first tried Pepsi Vanilla in a can from the machine. It was heaven. Tasted great and it was sooooo cold. By the end of the week I had about 20 empty cans in my Dorm Room. lol!

Shoot, this is the first I've even heard of Vanilla Coke being pulled. As for Pepsi Vanilla, I really like it, it's got a nice mellow flavor with the vanilla, and it always goes down smooth. I like Vanilla Coke too, but I buy Pepsi products (in cans) because they're usually cheaper at the local Wal-Mart. I sure hope Pepsi Vanilla doesn't get axed! My question is, why the HECK hasn't Coke put out Chocolate Coke?! I remember loving having a nice 20oz. Coke with one of the chocolate Flavor Rage packs added into the bottle, GOOD stuff! If they'd start selling cans or bottles of the stuff, I'd definitely buy it! The Doomite Is Out!

BTW, I once saw a picture of Flavor Rage in the Coca-Cola website, and the packs looks like the Sprite Remix packs Coke sold in summer 2004... Where I can buy those Flavor Rage packs?

It comes down to this Vanilla Coke outsells Caffeine Free Coke. Sales for Vanilla Coke are not doing bad, they are doing fairly average for a beverage that is no longer new and hyped.

However I can understand not wanting to have 2 versions of Vanilla cola's since Black Cherry Vanilla Coke will be making a debut in January.

That still does not excuse the fact that they have about eight versions of Diet Coke basically filling up shelf space with that and several other sizes of regular Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite.

They can create 50 Diet Coke flavors but most of them will fail because most adults stay with what they are familiar with and 90% of kid's don't want to drink diet soda.

I would not be surprised if Pepsi Vanilla was pulled because it was solely created to compete with Vanilla Coke to begin with.

I still see Vanilla Coke EVERYWHERE, is it really discontinued? On a similar note, I haven't seen Pepsi Vanilla in like... a year.

Well, Coke won't say that Vanilla Coke is discontinued, but they are going to stop making it. We are already out of cans, and we aren't getting any more in.

BCV Coke will be out Jan 2nd.

Wow, I'm surprised Pepsi is coming out with a clone this soon. Usually they wait and see if Coke's product catches on.
