Whats up with People from MN and MI asking for large wholesale purchase of Pepsi? Do they not sell Pepsi in those states? Seriously? Wouldn't try and contact a local bottler in your area first?

They're trying to beat the Michigan deposit laws.
There is a lot of stuff like that going on in the NYC metro area, for the same reason.
