I didn't think this would happen, but I saw Dublin Dr. Pepper with Imperial sugar at Beverages & More in San Jose. I didn't think they would get out here.

It's in an 8 oz. no return bottle.

What bottler is it from? I'm pretty sure only Temple Bottling Co in Temple and Ab-Tex in Abilene bottle sugar DP. The actual Dublin location only bottles returnables.

Congrats on the find, it is the nectar of the gods.

It's bottled by Temple Bottling.

It tastes pretty good, but I can't seem to sense the 23 flavors.

Interesting; I thought Temple only did canned cane sugar DP; didn't know they did bottles. And I didn't know that Dublin only did returnables! Are you sure? That means I've never actually had a Dublin DP, I think. (Or else my bottles are returnable and I didn't realize it.)

kc2037, there's also West-Jefferson, NC, that bottles it with sugar.

Yeah, Temple produces the 8 oz glass as well as the 12 oz cans. Abilene does the 20 oz and 12 oz plastic (the plastic makes it not even worth drinking IMO) As far as I know, the actual Dublin site only does returnables while Temple does everything for sales online and elsewhere. So if you order from Old Doc's online or buy it at a store, you are actually receiving products bottled in Temple.

My in-laws from Ft Worth just gave me a sixer of Dublin Dr Pepper from the Dublin store.

8oz bottles that say NO REFILL on them. So these bottles were from Temple? Really?

edit: Okay, I see what you are saying. Dublin only bottles for it's store and the surrounding area. Yes, that is true. Temple does everything else. I didn't know that.

Yeah, if you look on the side of the cap it should say Temple Bottling Co.
