I say they hire Snoop Dogg and go for a hip urban slum vibe with it. All the middle class white kidz in suburbia will eat that shiznit up!

maybe in the 90's.

But in this generation I think we need something thats broader and that appeals to all types of people. No stars just regular teens.

The mid-90's for Sprite was all about the underground scene. It helped their sales tremendously. But revitalize them, maybe pad their numbers, but Sprite is not having any trouble in the sales market.

A new non 80's looking logo would be nice. Geez I sound like a broken record but when will they actually do it?

The logo they have now is from 1994.

I honestly think its the best one they came out with so far when looking at all the previous logo's they had.

Hopefully the next one will be better than the current one.

Their new ads blow.

I have not seen the new ads yet. However I seen some new 20oz. bottles with the Korean Sprite logo (the spray paint logo).

I hope it's only used for this promotion. The background has less graphics and looks like a video game background.

Sprite is doing big numbers and they
may go with a new look but have no
reason to revitalize;7UP should.

What kind of flavor extensions could Sprite do? Cherry Sprite? Or maybe they could take a cue from Mello Yello and make Melon Sprite? Or put raspberry and blueberry into it and call it Blue Sprite? Anyone else have any ideas?

What good would a flavor extension do? Coca-Cola would do the same thing with Sprite that it did with Mello Yello. They would bring out a couple new flavors, limit distribution to only a couple of places, and not advertise at all. Someone who makes discussions at Coca-Cola is probably on Pepsi's payroll to blunder another good softdrink. That's my opinion, they can't be that stupid.

It's not about 7UP new product in SO CAL,
it's about cleaning house in SO CAL.

That dnl has to be the stupidest idea yet!

agreed. Plus, the citrus soda market is one of the biggest ones out there that DPSU has yet to join. Sure 7up is technically in that category, but not really. It's mostly used as a mixer for alcoholic drinks. I'm hoping dnL is a SURGE clone. That would be excellent! As long as it doesn't taste like 'Dew' or Sprite.
