Soda Roadtrip....

Hi all - I just got back from a place called Soda Pop Central... they carry nearly 400 different sodas in glass bottles, and they're located in Ontario, Canada.

The reason this is so significant is because many of these sodas are imported from the US, Mexico, Australia, and Germany.

Here are some of the sodas that I picked up today: Mexican Coca-Cola in 355mL glass, Mexican Coca-Cola Light in 355mL glass, Pepsi 355mL glass (2 different bottle styles), Sparky's Rootbeer, Faygo in glass, AJ Stephan's Raspberry Lime Rickey in glass, and two that I had never heard of before: Jarritos Pineapple (from Mexico), and Pangle Heimers Gourmet Sparkling Muscatel (German recipe, bottled in Charlotte, NC.

I'm attaching a few photos of today's roadtrip.

Cool deal.
I wish I could reach into the first picture and grab those two Pepsi bottles for my self. Have you tried any of the Mexican lemmon lime soda pops? smile.gif

Hey Zabe - can't you get MexiPepsi's anywhere around you in Chicago? No Mexican groceries or dollar stores that carry them? There's a number of stores in Denver that cater to Mexican clientele that carry them. There's one store I go to that always has 1/2 liter bottles on the shelf. They are like 1.29 each so I don't buy lots of them but I try to pick up 5 or 10 every time I'm in Denver.

Nice Buy Blair!

Absolutely recommended Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Light from Mexico, they're great!

Jarritos pineapple is great, here we have it although it's made by PBG, I don't know if the Novamex's Jarritos and the PBG's Jarritos have the same taste... but I'll give it a Thumbs Up. You won't be disappointed, trust me. smile.gif

Oops... sorry. It's Soda Pop Central in Whitby, Ontario (near Toronto).
