99 cent 2 liters

Ok I notice how some 2 lieters ALWAYS say 99 censt (Canda dry, Tahitian Treat)
then some 2 liters SOMETIMES say 99censt only at certain places ie dollar store, some deli's like CHerry Coke, 7up among others
why is this?

Because Philadelphia Coke produces a line of 99 cent prepriced flavors just for their c-store and other non-grocery business. I believe Canada Dry Delaware Valley has some flavors that always have the prepriced labels, and some that they can get both prepriced and nonprepriced.
