No they're still around, I just bought a 12pack of peach the other day.
To find them, you definitely have to go to a place where Coke has a lot of their brands on display.

Here in PA we discontinued the 2 liter and 20 oz. flavors but still have Peach and Black Cherry in 12 packs. Peach is our favorite.

Black Cherry just got new 12 pack wraps (the "big can") in our area. It's a 12 pack can package only now, no more 2L or 20oz.

Here in PA we discontinued the 2 liter and 20 oz I was just at the store and a coke guy was there stocking stuff so I asked him about it. They discontinued the 2 liters and 20 oz around here also. He said they haven't gotten peach or black cherry in for a while, and there is none around here anywhere. he said peach is definitely not going anywhere yet though, and they should have more soon. He said there have been some problems with black cherry and it may not be coming back around here, he wasn't sure though.

Thanks for the info.

I checked a Walmart here in Indy today and they had 12packs of regular and Black Cherry. CCE has never canned or bottled the Black Cherry or Peach in Indianapolis. They have been shipping it in from Detroit, Alsip, Cincinnati, and several other facilities.

I'm not seeing 20 oz bottles of either flavor anymore, and in my last trip to a supermarket, I saw a few fridepacks of Black Cherry (in the old-style packaging - regular Fresca had the new "big can" design) but none of Peach. So it looks like they're dying here. I can't say I'm surprised, but I'll miss the Peach flavor - it was awesome.

i think the difficulty in launching so many flavor variations these days is that there just isn't enough shelf space for four versions of coke, and four versions of diet coke, and the rest.

I checked a Walmart here in Indy today and they had 12packs of regular and Black Cherry. Was that the wal mart out around Carmel? All I can find towards Avon/Brownsburg is some regular and that is even getting hard to find. The guy I talked to said they keep ordering it and it's just not coming in.
We still have Peach and BC fridgepacks here...they got rid of the 20oz's in November I believe

It was the Walmart at 86th St. & Michigan Rd. in Indianapolis.

I see, cool. I know where that is, one of my friends worked there last summer actually.

We were out of black cherry for a few weeks.. I suspect some of the problems is getting the boxes, since they are changing over to the new ones. Sometimes the plants will just run out of raw materials (we ran out of CF Diet can bodies last summer!)
Our Fresca reg and black cherry are now in the new boxes (Peach still in the old, but with fresh dates).

I see them around here, but only in 12 oz. cans.

I can believe, that it has not been a year, and certain sizes are no longer available.
I think Coke and for that matter Pepsi is in a similar boat as McDonalds's is.
They are trying to be all things to all people. They are throwing money in products, that people don't really want.
If McDonald's wants to succeed, they need to go back to their core Hamburgers, fries, soda and shakes. Salad's?
Just as Coke needs to Focus on its core products. Coke,Diet Coke, Sprite and Fanta/Fresca. Enough flavor extensions. Yes, I am a hard core Vanilla Coke fan, and still upset that it is gone. But, it's time for the soda companies to go back to basics.
After all, they can not be all things to all people.

I know this has been said before yet I will say it again.
IMO....I wish the Big Three soda pop companies would worry more about producing the highest qualty, best tasting products and stream line all the size nuances and marketing/packaging changes. I could care less if the new fridge packs have a sleeker looking picture of a can on it. Pure quality is way more important than fancy art work. Give us cane sugar and watch the profit flood gates open like when Moses parted the red sea. smile.gif
