PBG is very huge!, They cover the 70% of the Mexican population. The Pepsi bottlers here in Ags. are from PBG
Coca-Cola Enterprises should buy some of the Coca-Cola bottlers here in Mexico (Arca, Contal, Jordan and Rica would be some good ideas) like Coca-Cola FEMSA did with some countries of Central and South America.

I would not look for CCE to expand out of its current USA-Canada-western Europe base. Latin investments fundamentally change the stock.
Look, rather, for CC-FEMSA, after it pays down some debt from its merger with PanAM, to start buying up Mexican bottlers, eventually getting to 80-95% of the Mexican market, just as CCE has done in its countries, along with bottlers in other Latin countries.
Eventually, we will see a set of 5-8 anchor bottlers (CCE, CC-Amatil, CC-FEMSA, AKOA, CCH, and whatever eventually happens in the rest of western Europe) and single nation nationwide bottlers, and that will be it.

Wow!, you're so right about latin investments. But thinking about it, it's gonna be very difficult that the Coca-Cola bottlers in Mexico would be bought by KOF (Coca-Cola FEMSA) because some of them are family companies, for example: Contal is from the Grossman family, Tampico is from the Fleishman family, FOQUE (Fomento Queretano) from the Ruiz Rubio family, Bepensa from Ponce family, CDF from Jordan Family, etc. Actually two years ago FOQUE, Tampico, CDF, Bepensa, RICA, Yoli and CIMSA were going to merge into one company called ORION, but I didn't see any advance of this possible merge. Other rumor that became not true was the merge between ARCA and Contal, but it only was a rumor. In fact, ARCA is a product of a merge between three bottlers from the north of Mexico: PROCOR, ARMA and ARGOS, and later Refrescos UNION was bought by ARCA through The Coca-Cola Company because the owner of UNION, Otto Stege, didn't renewed his contract with The Coca-Cola Company.
But... who knows?, maybe you're right, maybe in the future years KOF will buy some mexican bottlers like PBG did.
