I want diet mello yello but nobody in my area sells it. I love mello yello but since I went on my diet 2 years ago I don't drink anything with calories anymore. Would anybody be willing to buy and send me some? I can pay by any method you would like. Thanks

Just a thought. From what some of our board mates have said, Diet Vault appears to be a better than average soda pop (the next generation of Mello Yello)? I bet Diet Vault would be pleasing to your diet Mello Yello pallet. You can now find it at your local grocery store.

They have Mello Yello here, but I have never seen Diet MY before.

Good luck finding some. To echo what's already been said, you might have to settle for Vault Zero.

If you're near the sandhills of NC take US 1 up to Aberdeen/Southern Pines or Sanford. Diet Mello Yello is sold around there. Coke Rand in Durham makes it.

Is it so hard for somebody to buy it for me and then I pay you? Come on please help me out here.

no. it's a lot easier for you to drive to north carolina then for me to drive there, buy it and mail it to you, and you maybe paying me for it. so just drive up the road to north carolina. if you want it bad enough, you will go get it. it's so close to you. i know you can just taste it. mmmmmmmm

don't whine.

But if you already live in a city where its sold its much easer for you to pick it up while you are at the store already than for me to drive 2 to 3 hours to get it.

LOL
Why not call the bottler and ask for a retail reference that will ship you a case or two. Really a few hours drive is a slam dunk if are able to drive,

Not much of a roadtripper, eh?

Have you tried Vault Zero?

benchmarkman

Dont sell vault zero either. Its not worth spending $40 in gas.

fusion

well, from experience I can say it's gonna cost you $40 in shipping to get two cases, plus the cost of the cases.

Vault Zero is being launched nationwide this week with Vault. You should be able to find it pretty easily within the next week or two.

Mt. Dew is nasty and it will cost no where near $40 for shipping. $15 most UPS ground.

For two cases, it's going to be about $40. A case of cans weights 22lbs, plus you'll have to add the packaging material weight, and the weight of the box itself.

Diet Mello Yello only comes in 12 pack cans, not 24 packs. So figure at least $3.50 for a 12 pack (average, depends on if you find them on sale or not). So, that's at least $14+tax for the soda itself, plus about $40 for shipping (or $30 with your conservative estimate). So, We're talking at least $46, up to $60.

Sorry your wrong about the shipping. I know my shipping prices pretty well. I own a retail shipping outlet. Shipping would be $15 at most.

Well then that sort of make this thread a no brainer. LOL If it were me, I would (like I said before) contact the bottler and find a retailer who can ship a few 12pks out to your business. Heck call it a business expense.

Our family business did little things like this all the time. Some times we bartered with other companies or we bit the bullet and paid for our splurges.

Just google this bottler for info.
Good Luck

I have shipped things via UPS before - I do know what I am talking about.

First off it wouldn't be 45 lbs. Second I don't think you realize how much the UPS store raises their rates. Something that costs them $5 to ship they might charge $22-25.

Benchmarkman,
I posted the information. Just click on the link found on my previous post.

Look we have advised you and I have done your research. I can't think of anything else we can do for you.

A case of cans weights 22lbs. Two cases of cans weighs 44lbs. Do the math. I added a few pounds for packaging.

And if you own a shipping outlet, how is that going to help the person at the other end?
