Would be so grateful if somebody could steer me to some formula developers for a new beverage product in the Southern California area.

Also, what price range should be expected to develop a flavor and produce a prototype.

We need more info than that. What type of drink are looking to develop. How many flavors, do you have a particular category you are trying to enter, etc.
