This is the Thai version of Red Bull. Does anybody know of a place in the Troy area that sells this stuff? I've looked in several oriental markets and have had no luck. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I dont want to sell it. I want to buy it. I want to see what it tastes like. Try closing your eyes and drink a cold Red Bull and you will have a 95% chance of knowing what Krating Daeng tastes like. LMAO

I also want to compare it's effectiveness to regular Red Bull.

I was one of the Krating Daeng importers for Canada. Not anymore of course because we were all sued bu Red Bull for trademark infringement. Krating Daeng is also illegal in the US because it bears the Red Bull logo and is not made by Red Bull Austria. Therefore's it's infringing on the Red Bull trademark. The product is only legal in Asia where it's maker TC Pharmaceuticals (or Red Bull Thailand) owns the trademark.

To answer your question, the stuff tastes nothing like Red Bull. It's non-carbonated and sweetened with sucrose only (cane sugar). It's got 24g of sugar per 5.07oz bottle. It has 800mg of Taurine and 50mg caffeine per bottle (plus inositol and B-Vitamins). Less ingredients than Red Bull but because of the high sugar content and non-carboanted formula, it kicks in faster and if you ask me, tastes just delicious.

We now have a product that is identical in every way to Krating Daeng, but without infringing Red Bull's trademarks of course. It's also from Thailand. If you're interested in distributing, just contact me.

Product is called Thai Rage. Made in Thailand. Same taste, formula, and look as KratingDaeng....100% legal!
