Bevnet - what does it take to become one? that "coca cola loveer" guy became one in an hour!
03-23-2004, 07:46 PM
looks like the number of posts.
Thats my guess.

Lilguy, you must remember him for salute to soda. He did the same thing there using all caps and got banned.

this COKE LOVEER posted around 85-90 one to two liners from 11pm yesterday to 4am this morning!
Thats how anyone becomes a senior member.
isnt that a bit excessive? 85-90 posts in 5 hours?

maybe we all could go back in the archives and all of us post a reply of one word like either "yes" or "no" to each and every topic like he/she did. that way the board gets clogged with junk noone has read in over a year (mostly what i see they have posted to) just to see if maybe we can get a higher rating also

My theory is that Warren Buffet is working under a pseudonym to promote his product while he's on Spring Break in Florida
Just a guess.

BTW, I was wondering why all those inactive topics were being moved up the queue all suddenly.
(I posted a separate reply to increase my number of post in order to achieve senior member status. Will look good on my resumé ;) )

I've sent an email to Bevnet about this.

thank you. now this moron is just posting unregistered. goddamn it's annoying! i can't see what posts are new, what are old. i feel as though countless conversations have now gone the wayside. i'm all for new interest in the board but not just this obnoxiousness.

Preach on Brother Beverage Purveyors!

This kid was annoying on salute and even worse here. We all know this board isn't as closely moderated as Terry's so we will never get rid of him,
03-25-2004, 05:04 PM
The user has been banned. Please contact if any further trolls popup on the board.

Thanks for the quick action, How much would it cost us all to ban Energydude?
03-25-2004, 09:20 PM
Energydude can be annoying but there is no reason to ban him.

Coca Cola boy is back again, this time as platypus, this is the same email he was using on salute-to-soda

Please hit the "Report Post" link anytime you see questionable posts and someone will look at it ASAP.
As for coca-cola luvr, we have banned several ranges of IP addresses from their ISP (Shaw Cable, Canada) and will contact their ISP if need be. Pretty sad that someone keeps themself asmused this way...
