Bulk energy drink question... help!

Hi. I am new to the board and right off I can see that there is a lot of arguing and debate... but I just need a little advice. I have recently purchased 200 cases of an extremely well known and well selling energy drink for under wholesale cost (completely legal and legitimate). I would like to sell these cases (for about $4 under wholesale per case) and I was wondering if I need some sort of special permit. If not, any advice on how to sell the stuff?

if what you have is legit and legal to sell here, get a busines license and go sell the stuff so you dont have to sit on it. Either that, or go to a local, popular liquor store and tell them what you have and if they are willing to buy X number of cases min., cash, then you will sell it to them.
