Distribution Contracts

I was wondering if anyone had any information on the structure of a common distribution contract for energy drinks. Do the brands have termination clauses? How do energy drinks change distributors so often, even if they are in contracts?

Any other information would be greatly appreciated.

How is the business going for you guys? I hear ya'll(to let you know I'm in the south also) are doing well. The contracts are no different than any other basic beverage. Yes, distributors will ask for a buy out clause. Usually, $ amount on each case sold for a specified period of time in the history of case movement for that distributor. Hope all is well.
