PimpJuice in Canada?

Is PimpJuice being sold in Canada? I know it's not anywhere in Quebec but I've heard of it being elsewhere in Canada. If that's the case, is there a legal Canadian version with French on the can and Canadian NHP format? Or is it just the US version being privately imported below the radars of Canadian regulators?
