I'm trying to get a reading, for marketing purposes, on just how caffeine there is in different brands of energy drinks.

I have a couple to start with, but I think this could be a great resource if people could pitch in with brands and ammounts. I would appreciate anyone's replies.

Thanks, JAB*

Most have about 80 mil. But figure if itÂ’s 16 oz it must be double.

How much caffeine is too much? Rockstar in Canada has 160mg of Caffeine plus 400mg of Guarana per 16oz. Assuming the Guarana is 10% standardized, which they don't mention but usually standard, that would make a total of 200mg Total Caffeine per 16oz serving. Is there a point where too much is not necessarily better?
