Any word on how this line of products is doing? Is it just me or does the citrus flavor taste exactly like liquid ice (cool aid/mr. freeze) and the bite flavor taste exactly like Monster?

Coincidently the Bite flavor also uses the Monster green color..

I have only tried BookOO once, when it first came out. Tasted just like slurpee syrup...not a fan

coke picked up the rights to it here in my area and we just started distributing it last week. Wild berry tastes pretty good, nothing like it out there. Citrus is okay, but my favorite is Bite. it's got the color of monster, but i don't think it tastes anything like monster. Bite tastes like a big sweet tart to me. we also got wild berry and citrus in the 5.85 ounce cans also. they pack twice the punch as a 16ounce can. Boo Koo should sell pretty well down here, most e-drinks sell well here at the lake in the summer time. and it's a good quality energy drink, it doesn't have that medicinal taste like some drinks do (red jak) so it should sell well.

Pepsi just picked up distribution rights for BooKoo in the San Diego market. Because that's the only SoCal area that doesn't have rights for Sobe. I've only tried Citrus and Bite so far...wasn't that impressed with either. Both had that "sweet tart" taste and were kind of syrupy to me as well. I'll give WildBerry a shot...

I liked the berry boo koo, very different from some of the products out there and I thought the Bite was a unique, interesting product that just missed on flavor.

I found BooKoo in my area at last, but I only found the 24oz Wild Berry. it was $1.99 before tax, which is good, considering I've paid around that much for a 16oz Monster, and while I didn't find the taste very good... it gave me some decent energy, no jitters, and it was a good value. $2.15 with tax! So, I'll buy it again even though it was a struggle to drink the last half of it.

I found it at a store I never, never go to... They had Lost, and another E-drink I haven't seen around town.. can't recall the name. I'll maybe see if they have regular, and check back.

thanks, I noticed that Monster Lo-carb is not on this list. Is that because they combined Monster and Monster lo carb sales together?

If so, wouldn't this effect Monsters rankings if you split them up?

I don't think so but I am not 100% certain on that. I can tell you that it has as #1 Monster R with a $ Vol. of $24,031,890 and #2 as Red Bull R with a $ Vol. of $16,623,613

yea, it sounds off to me..According to that report Monster Lo carb is not even in the top 20..which leads me to believe Monster is tryingt to combine sales from both flavors to get to the #1..Would not put it past that company..

I found reg. BooKoo at another C-store... and it tasted pretty good. Not the best drink ever, but went down a lot easier than Wild Berry. No jitters and it appears the energy lasted the entire shift...

has anyone tried the "bite" version of boo-koo?? i think it's the best. it tastes like you've got a bag full of sweet tarts in your mouth. it's fantastic. we've been distributing it for about 2 months bow, and it's been selling great. we sell citrus, bite, and berry in the 16 oz, and citrus and berry in the 5.5 oz cans.
