I wasnt aware of its release in the UK, so it was a nice surprise!

It was only available in 2litre bottles.
Its lemon and lime flavour, quite nice, kinda reminds me of PepsiMax Twist.

I wonder if Lemon or Lime Diet Cokes will be discontinued now?

Thanks for posting pics of the new addition to the Diet Coke line-up. I thought the Diet Coke Citrus Zest pictures that were posted a few days ago looked different from the ones posted today, are there two different logo's?

What is the "Create Your Own Diet Coke Break" about? Is that just a slogan or a promotion they are doing?

As far as the Pepsi Max Lemon-Lime Twist how long has that been around?

I've only seen the one logo, the "Create your..." is a promotion to win 10,000,($19,000) which would be very nice! Theres a TV commercial on at the mo for it.
Welcome to the Create your own 'diet Coke' Break (http://www.dietcokebreaks.com/#)

Pepsi Max Twist has been around for quite a few years I think, it launched with regular Pepsi Twist, which was around the time Diet Coke with Lemon launched.

Thanks for the comments!

Pepsi Twist hasn't been available in England for about 3 years now.

thats about the same time they discontinued it here as well. i'm suprised the diet version is still around in the UK though.

my local bottler in the US stopped distributing the diet version about a year after they discontinued the regular one.

The Diet version was discontinued in the UK the same time as reguler Twist, but Pepsi Max Twist was released instead.

Hey, did you see the little yellow ladies "pump" shoe on the bottom of the lable? Check out the above picture. Pretty weird.

Yes and a butterfly, Diet Coke is now promoted as a ladies drink, (always kinda was really) and Coke Zero is aimed at men.

that kind of marketing may be a little too focused. i mean, there are millions of men who love diet coke... and marketing it as a ladies drink might scare them away.

Is Citrus Zest just a lemon-lime Diet Coke or are other citrus flavors in it?

It is lemon and lime. It replaces both Diet Coke with Lemon and Diet Coke with Lime. They have both been pulled but you can still find small quantities lurking around if you look hard enough.

Thanks for that info, since I left my job in retail I no longer get the latest "news" from our Coke rep.
Theres still loads of lemon and lime flavours (all sizes) around my area.

I noticed there are two different Citrus Zest logos around in the UK, the one with the "Create Your Own Break" graphics and the one with the regular graphics but with a green/yellow dynamic wave.

is one of these a promotional thing or did they change the graphics?

I've only seen the promo "Create Your Own Break" version. Im sure the regular version will continue after the promotion.

Thanks for the pic!
