This morning at Woodman's (Kenosha,WI) I came across a new 16.9oz bottle
for DP. It's round with a designed cone looking top. I wish I had the means to post a
picture of it. :(

Once again I am amazed that the 6pks of 16.9oz of CS were on sale for
5 for $10. Considering the recent price increases, this is a very good value.
This sale has been in effect (off and on) for the past 6 months. Every time I shop there (2X's per month) this sale is running.

Zabe, that is the new look for dr pepper made by our bottler. They used to have the design of the second bottle that amyers posted, but now they resemble the coke bottled one, but it is slightly different. It is not as angled, has "DP" in a circle embossed on the bottle in a couple places, and doesnt have the lines above the label, its a smooth transition.
Edit: heres a pic (not mine)

Mine still uses the first bottle at the top when it's bottled by Coca-Cola

That is really sharp looking (the new design).

Reminds me of when I was in New Mexico about 10 years ago.. their angle bottles had a raised Dr Pepper logo on the neck.

It looks similar to the new Pepsi bottles, they are getting away from the "swirl" design somewhat. the new bottles have an embossed pepsi globe in about the same spot as the "dp".

The Dr. Pepper bottles by Coca-Cola have had raised logos on them for years.

In my county, Dr Pepper is bottled by a Pepsi bottler, and is in Pepsi bottles. 16.9s are not available, only 12 or 24 multi-packs or 20 singles. A few counties away, a different Pepsi bottler has it, and it is the same, except they have 16.9s. I generally pick up Dr Pepper when I am out of my town in a neighboring county where CS has its own bottler. There the product was in a "generic" frosted bottle until recently when it changed to the bottle posted by Rob. Coke bottlers use the bottle posted by amyers, from what I have seen.
