32 packs of Pepsi was shown. Anyone know what market those are in?

coke eventually won the cola wars (after correcting their HUGE mistake).

however, so far, pepsi is winning the non-soda wars.

I'm glad I remembered to watch it, it was fairly interesting.

I hope in Cola Wars 2, there is a 'third party' to make things interesting. The Big Two's biopoly (is that a word?) can't last forever...

Here, Peps has 36 pack supercubes... Coke has 32 pack slabs.

Hmm. I always wondered what would happen if VH1 made a show for Food Network. Below par offering from FN. Too much stuff crammed into a half hour show with too much quick cut editing. What a comb over that one dude had.

I think the History Channel has done some very
good food and beverage shows.

Our Chicago Costco have those larger packages of Pepsi and Coke.
My only beef is that their Pepsi 36pks have 2+/- month old production
dates. I have never been able to find fresh 36 pks.
Today at my local Jewel (Super Value) I brought a cube of Pepsi that
was produced 3 days ago. LOL Just my goofy hang up but I like getting
the newest produced soda pop.

CNBC had a cool show on a few weeks ago about the history of McDonald's. it was very interesting.

as for coke and pespi... well, i don't think they're going anywhere. they're both entrenched... just like the republicans and democrats. ;)

Zabe - "specialty" packages like the 36pks are generally produced at very few production facilities, and shipped far and wide. The additional shipping may result in delays, or the product may sit in storage longer because demand is lower than with other can packages.

They are still quite a sight to see, and one wonders why they don't come with wheels. ;)

I know, but a guy can hope, right? I think RC could make a run if DPSU took back DP's bottling rights everywhere, and gave it some proper marketing.

Just wishful thinking though.....
