Has anyone tried Airforce Nutrisoda?
Does it have a "diet" like after taste?

I've tried it (they had a booth at the Taste of Chicago). I felt that it did have a diet aftertaste.

A local ethnic grocery store chain (Garden Fresh Foods) in the Chicago area,
has 4pks on sale for $5.99. I think I recall seeing it at Woodman's (Kenosha,WI)
several months ago,I'm not 100% sure.

Wallyworld had the 6pks for short while. The brand is owned by Ardea Beverage, a subsidiary of PepsiAmericas.

PepsiAmericas distributes it through our plants. I have some ot the Flex in my fridge right now. It's an inquired taste, even better in a mixed drink!

Target and Heb grocery stores carry it here in Texas. Tried the Energize one and it was awful. Supposed to be Mandarin + mint but just tasted bad with an aftertaste.

I ad whichever flavor has grapefruit in it. It was terrible. It had both a diet aftertaste and a diet duringtaste.

Ironic this product came out at a intresting time for me.

I'm going to basic training for the real Air Force in like five weeks, and I'm really excited, and pretty nervous at the same time.

Here's my take. I think the name and packaging are terrible. The consumer automatically assumes it's an energy drink because of the 8oz slim can. And the name is just silly and is more appealing to males if anyone. For this brand to succeed it must build it's base with Females who currently drink diet coke/pepsi.

But there is something interesting about the idea of the product itself. It's kind of like a carbonated Vitamin Water from what I can gather.

Regardless of the inferrior packaging I am very suprised this brand has not gotten more traction. Especially since they now have the distribution through the pepsi america's system.

I think there is potential but I would reposition it, and give it a name/package change.
