We have it all over the place here in Utah.

We still have it in Indianapolis but they don't produce it here any more. It eithers comes from Cincinnati or Portland.

We have it in Canada but they dont call it Barqs Red Cream Soda, they call it Fanta Cream Soda
I tasted them side by side, cant tell the difference

Does Canada have Fanta Birch Beer?
Barq's Red Cream can be found in Western Pennsylvania. I cannot say for the Eastern half of the state, but most Walmarts, Grocery Stores, and Sheetz's have it.
Here are some towns to go by:
Punxsutawney, PA - Sheetz (20 oz), Walmart (12 pack)
Brookville, PA - Flying J Travel Plaza (20 oz)
Latrobe, PA - Giant Eagle (12 pack)
Somerset, PA - Sheetz (20 oz)
Altoona, PA - Sheetz (20 oz)
Here is the Earth Shattering question: Coca-Cola also has Red Flash. Does Red Flash = Barq's Red Cream in taste?

Of Red Flash? I am not sure. In my searches for it online, I only ever saw it in cans. I have also only heard of it being available in New Orleans, parts of Texas, parts of Florida, and Las Vegas. And even then, it is a gamble as to whether those same areas still have it. Someone who works for a Coke bottler might be better at answering that question.

On my last visit to Montreal, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick last year, I found Barq's Creme soda. It is clear, not red colored, though when I went to PEI in 2002, they did have the red version there.
I remember Fanta cream in the 10-oz cans in Quebec in 1979.
