Has anyone seen this new Whupass Energy Drink? The website is Whupass Energy Drink (http://www.whupassnation.com). Looks pretty good, supposed to be all natural!

Nothing says professional like Cafepress doing your merchandise.

Wow, nothing close to Jones Sodas WhoopAss energy drink.

Yeah, I agree this is a different approach from that of the Jones soda. I am interested in how it is going to taste!

Something tells me you already know, since most likely you work for this company. I don't appreciate your ruse.

Terrible graphics on the can. I can't see that sitting on the shelf attracting anyones eye. It looks too busy with the flames in the block letters.
Not to mention that their angle has been totally played out by Jones Soda.

Sorry I didn't mean to cause an uproar, I just saw this on a local radio station website, and was curious about it! I thought it was cool, but everyone has their own opinion!

Uproar?! I don't hear an uproar....just a bunch of folks giving their opinion on a product. Isn't that what this board is for? To each his own.

Uproar, probably wasn't the right word! I was also referring to the accusation by Nick, which I thought was kinda harsh, I was simply just trying to ask about this product.

Im sure the legal dept at Jones is already working up a cease and desist letter. This product is just asking for trouble.

I would not be surprised if Coca Cola would come after you. By the time they drag you through litigation, you will be sunk in the sea of red debt.

Red debt? Too funny.

Wouldn't they need some type of patent before they could market this? Seems kinda wierd to market something without that.

I seem to recall that a great deal of large companies trade make similar product names. Large fortune 500 companies have legal departments that vigorously protect against trade mark infringement.
