Where can you get just a pallet of bottles in Texas?

I'm looking to buy just a pallet (for now) of Sweet Leaf Tea like bottles. They also resemble the glass Snapple Bottle. I can't find a good price anywhere online. Are there any co-packers that sell bottles?
