Here in Mexico the new Fanta logo arrived last november, in other countries too... and soon in North America.

Seems everytime they change the Fanta logo it becomes harder to read. Atleast they cleaned up the 90s clutter from the previous logo.

That take on the lettering seems to be similar to the way the new Sunkist logo is presented

I like it. But I wonder what happened with those special Fanta 20oz bottles they were test marketing in Florida.

Me too... In my first visit to Vegas I saw those Fanta bottles, very similar to the ones we have here, but in the second visit I saw Fanta with the regular bottle...

Wow. That is some superb packaging design. I can't wait to see it in person.

As far as I remember... there wasn't a Diet Fanta before in U.S... only Fanta Zero...

i saw the new Sunkist logo at the store today and it looked GREAT... especially next to the drab pepsi packaging.

i haven't seen the new Fanta logo in the wild yet, but it looks good from the pics.

As a point of information to Ramon Cokeaholic and Amyers who responded to this Fanta posting on the board.

In the mid 60's Fanta produced two low calorie artificially sweetened dietary carbonated flavors.....lemon lime and grapefruit. The sweetener was saccharin and the claim was only one calorie per 4 ounces.

A picture of the grapefruit can is on my web site.....Welcome Home Page (http://www.usasoda.com)

Hmm. This design, as well as the flat new Pepsi logo, seem awfully reminiscent of the Safeway private label fruit sodas that were done back in 2006. It was a pretty successful design so I'm not surprised it's been imitated so much, but I think Safeway did it much better.

i like the new Fanta logo, but the Fresca logo... it just looks too much like a generic, store-brand soda. Coke should redesign that one.

The current Fresca logo is meant to look more youthful. The previous logo was nice but was not youthful at all, they want Fresca not to be known as a brand for older people only. Atleast thats what I think was the idea of the current Fresca logo.

do you think it looks "youthful"? to me, it just looks cheap.

To me, it looks computer-y, like those cheesy 80's movies with computer graphics. The old look was getting really tired, though.

I am surprised that they haven't updated Barq's. Since we switched from A&W to Barq's, I think A&W has changed 2 times, but Barq's remained the same.
