Aldi stores have some "special buy" diet orange soda called "Summit Diet Orange Plunge" this week. I've just tried some and it's pretty good. It tastes like Orange Fanta Zero with a hint of mandarin flavor.
The code on the bottom of the can is CV. Isn't that a Coke plant in Cleveland, TN?

The same code can be used by different facilities, but obviously not ones that bottle the same products - ie, two Coke plants wouldn't have the same code, but a Coke plant and a Pepsi plant might.
That CV would be Concordville, PA. They make pretty much all the generic sodas around here - Sam's Choice, Giant, Safeway, Acme, etc. Previously it was known as Concordville Beverages, and was a subsidiary of the Honickman Group (who owns Canada Dry and Pepsi franchises in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast), but they sold the Concordville plant, along with Vintage Seltzer to Cott a while ago. CV just started producing fridge packaging this year, and they also use the small caps like Coke.

Is it produced specifically for Aldi? Does it have their name on the back of the can? Aldi UPCs typically start with the numbers 41498.

Yes, this drink was prepared just for Aldi. It has "Distributed by Aldi Inc." on the can and the "41498" is on the code.
I also noticed that it contains caffeine (like Sunkist) and brominated vegetable oil (like Mountain Dew and other citrus sodas).
