Had a chance to try Doc Zola

After hearing it described as "Cherry Dr Pepper with extra cinnamon," I was eager to try this drink called Doc Zola. While I usually only drink diet drinks, I figured I had to try this one when I found it in a store recently. The taste description sounded like Pibb Zero, which I really like.

I was disappointed. I didn't taste much cinnamon at all. Instead of Cherry Dr Pepper, it tastes more like Cherry Crush with some extra flavors added. My daughter, who loves Cherry Crush, really liked it, but in my opinion, the Bevnet review is pretty accurate:

Apparently, Doc Zola got hit with a little legal pressure from the folks at Zola Acai... and will probably be changing the name of the product (via their Twitter account)

That would explain why I found it in a discount store.
