I saw these $5 24-pack drinks at my local Walmart last night. They had these bulk packages for the big-selling Coke and Pepsi products. (FWIW, the Diet Mtn. Dew, Coke Zero, and Dr Pepper seemed to be the ones that most people were grabbing.)
I can see how these prices could cause some serious problems for other stores. I'm just surprised that more stores are not trying to compete by offering drinks (and other products) that Walmart doesn't sell. In my opinion, Walmart's only weakness is their limited selection; they seem to devote shelf space only to the highest-selling products.
