Co-Packing Help

Hello. I have a tea beverage that I would like naturally brewed and hot-filled. Does anyone know of any co-packers, preferably in California, that brews tea from tea leaves and would be able to do a small sample run?

I've already contacted Reed's, Triple H, and Madwills.
