Don't know any of the specifics yet, but it has been confirmed to me by more than one Pepsi rep that we will see Baja Blast in some sort of bottle and/or can packaging.

Bevreview also has a good article up about the new flavors at Taco Bell:

Talked to a Pepsi guy over the weekend. It is confirmed for a summer time release(Baja Blast).

Interesting. I am surprised that Baja Blast stayed a TB exclusive for so long.

Spotted the new fountain lineup at the Taco Bell in Aberdeen MD today. Sangrita Blast is pretty good, not your typical Dew. Next time I'll have to try the Manzanita Sol.

Also, waffle tacos are coming on Thursday. Taco Bell already opens their drive thru at 7am, which I had no idea they did. I figured the whole place opened around 10. The lobby opens at 10.

It will be interesting to try Baja Blast in cans to see how it holds up to the fountain version.

Official launch is Monday, according to the Motley Fool.

I always get Baja Blast when I go to Taco Bell, so I am looking forward to this.

I do have to laugh at them calling Taco Bell a Mexican chain, though. Not even close.

hah..but it serves a lot of Mexican styles of food. It's kind of a bastardized version of it but I get your point. It's still Mexican :)

Yes, I have returned after many years. And, I have tried the new Baja Blast. It has shown up in plastic bottles around the Frederick, MD area. I have had a few. It tastes alright but it does seem to be a little different than what is sold in the Taco Hell restaurants. I think the fountain version tastes better.

I was curious as to whether anyone had found it or not. No luck so far here in Delaware.

I found it this afternoon, and I do agree, the fountain version is superior. Also, welcome back! Too bad this place is a shell of what it used to be.

I've seen it in the big 24oz cans.

Haven't seen anything but 20oz, but I did find them at Wawa today, which I suppose is a good sign that it is going to be easy to find.

Found 12 packs today at Walmart, produced at plant CE (Philadelphia).

Found the 24oz cans at another Walmart. I drank a 12oz can today, it just isn't the same as the fountain or 20oz versions. I don't care for it that much in cans.

Walmart is the only place around here that has it in twelve packs(right at the front door, selling a massive amount) . But they are selling it for three bucks, so I'm good. And damn is this stuff yummy.

Found it in 20oz finally. Tried it and it was "meh". I think I like the fountain taste much better. I want to try it in cans and see if that might be different.

Now it's everywhere here. Massive shelf space being allocated for this. Based on what I have seen, it's necessary.

Saw it 2/$2.50 at 7-11 and snagged two more bottles. It tasted much better for some reason. Definitely like it in bottle form.

20oz is better than cans. 2/$2.22 at Sheetz.

Odd thing is that I saw it in both the old and new bottles. LE was producing the old bottles still.

I don't like it in the cans or 20 oz bottles. Sadly, I bought four 12 packs because I thought I'd love it. I still love it at Taco Bell though. It seems like all drinks out of the fountain from Taco Bell are awesome. They really calibrate things well there!

Ouch. Well, the smartest thing to do is hold onto the remaining 12 packs after summer and sell those badboys on Ebay :)

And.... it's become difficult to find 12 packs. OK.

Only 20 Oz bottles being sold in select places. What a joke this promotion turned out to be.

Saw 20oz bottles in Chicago suburban Wal-Mart.

20oz are relatively easy to find. The supply of 12 packs and 24oz cans seems to have dried up pretty quickly, though.

Not only are 12packs easily found around here (I've seen 24oz cans, too), in my particular county (Butler County, OH) Pepsi primarily uses 4x3 packaging, which I can't stand. It's weird seeing a Baja Blast in 4x3.

Nevermind. It's returned. In fact Target has a whole section devoted to it(and vanilla float Dr. Pepper.
