Seems like a waste of time. 20 minutes for 1 shot! what's the bloody point?

Has anyone seen one of these things in use? How loud is it? And do people really sit still for 20 minutes to inhale 1 oz liquor on a $3000 machine?

They're only out in England. There is one in NYC, somewhere, but they can't put alcohol into it, because of some existing laws and pressure from politicians who are trying to outlaw the machines.
