    Default Re-bottle Vodka

    Hi,

Ive got an idea to rebrand Vodka and was hoping you can give me some advice.

What licenses would I need to do this?
Where can I buy Vodka wholesale to rebottle?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What do you mean?

If you mean that you simply want to buy vodka in bulk and brand it, say "Virginia Tech Hokie Vodka" then you need to deal with a liquor company directly.

If you mean that you want to dilute vodka into some lower level of content, then you need to a liscense as a distributor.

Yes, multiple. In effect, you would be considered a distiller in most states. You would also need a relationship with a wholesaler, which is the state itself in about half the country.

Probably your best bet would be to try to sell your idea to a liquor company and thus use its existing permits.
