My parents are out East for the week and before they left they asked if I would like them to bring anything back. I grabbed a road atlas and noticed that they were going right through Catawissa, PA. I got an email from them this weekend that said that they stopped and picked up a few cases for me (I have to wait until this upcoming weekend to have any of it). They also sent me a few pics:

They said that they bottling line was down for cleaning on Friday so they did not get to see it in action.

That really is a great place. The people who work there have always been very kind to my wife and I when we go up. My favorite flavors of theirs are: Orange, Grapefruit, Lime, and the Birch Beer. I think you will love what you get.

Also, I heard that bottling line running one time we were up there. I thought it was really noisy.

Seems like my parents enjoyed the stop. I also had them pick me up a 6-pack of Moxie to try. The lady who was helping them asked if I knew what I was getting myself in to. She said that she will only drink the stuff if there is nothing else around!

Moxie isn't too bad if you drink it cold. I can stand it then.

Don't expect Moxie to be something that you can chug. You really need to sit down and try to enjoy its unique taste.
