Well, I normally buy the 12oz bottles at Bev & More or Cost Plus. Something about being better sodas.

Now, in that group, I buy the 20oz & 355ml cans about they same.

i'm with hacksaw. i'm on the road alot, so a 20oz will do. but i like drinking out of cans better.

12oz glass is tasty

12 pack can for home, 20oz bottle (until something smaller comes along) on the road.

500ml bottles for the car - they fit in my cupholder. I also like the 13.2 and 12 ounce bottles as well.

12oz cans and 12oz glass longnecks for home. 4 packs, 8 packs, and 12 packs, mostly.

I will also admit to buying 8oz cans, in 6 and 15 packs (even though they are outrageously expensive).

for me, except for occasional Mexi-Pepsis bought singly, or 12 packs of Bawls at CompUSA, all of my soda is bought in:

12 pack cans aluminum
1/2 liter (16.9 oz) 6-packs PET
24 ounce 6-packs PET.

i'd buy Coke is 24oz. 6packs if they had them available here but they have the 500mL instead.

as far as Pepsi I buy the 24oz. 6 packs

for home I buy any brand 12pack cans, or 2 liter bottles. Once in awhile if i'm on the road and have no beverages with me i'll pick up a 20 oz. but the prices of those keep going up too quickly. Some places have them for over a $1.50 each bottle. The cheapest I found at a gas station here was $1.29.
