I'm trying t find out how many canned beverages are consumed everyday in the US. Also, if someone knows how many canned beverages are consumed everyday world wide.

Here is a link to an article I found. It seems to be reliable but I am not sure. I didn't read it all but apparently, the average person in the U.S. drinks 12 oz. of pop per day, so that would be about 300 million cans per day.
